Great facility and love the technology that goes with each driving range bay.nn**what would be ideal would be the ability to email your results after your session.
Come out to hit some balls - there was over 20 bays free and they said no you can’t reload more than once!!!nnSeems business is to good that they turn customers away after 1 set and over 20 bays empty not sure who makes the rules but sounds like an operational issue
Friendly staff and great facilities at Golf Warehouse — a really enjoyable experience overall. Special shoutout to Sam, who is knowledgeable, approachable, and shared some excellent tips that genuinely helped improve our game. He explains things clearly and has all the makings of a great coach in the future. Highly recommend.
I went for a club fitting session with Sheldon and it was brilliant. He gave me loads of different options but didnt rush me as I adjusted to the set ups so I could make an informed decision with some practical advice about my swing. I ended up changing my whole bag and the first 3 rounds I've played have been class.
The service attitude of the front desk staff was extremely poor. They clearly have no understanding of what customer service is.nMy friends and I were standing at the front desk looking at the price list when one of the receptionist came over and said, “Is English really that hard to learn?”nMy friends were simply speaking our own language while discussing how many balls to play. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.nI have lived in New Zealand for many years, and this is the first time I have encountered someone who initiated such groundless and discriminatory behaviour.nAnd Later, the staff member brought over someone who could speak Chinese, but the attitude was even more rude. He walked up and simply said, “shuo”— meaning “speak” — with no manners or basic respect at all.no Hi or how can I help you not at allnMy friends and I felt genuinely offended. I have never experienced anything like this before. His behaviour was extremely rude, unprofessional, and demonstrated a clear lack of basic courtesy and respect.
