FreshChoice Woburn

Very unwelcoming. Went in today to grab a few items and all the staff wore cold looks on their face. The prices are horrendously high and they don’t have much to offer compared to other fresh choices in the area. I suggest only going here if it’s the last resort.nn*Update*nnAfter reading quite a few reviews, I think majority of us have had the same cold lady at the checkout. However, I do have to say there is one woman in particular who was actually very welcoming. She’s a younger lady and she radiates a lot of positivity. Unsure of what her name was but she was an amazing checkout operator.

I really enjoy shopping here and spend time for there's real specials in there ie Pepsi was 2.50 dollars for two litres last week so I also enjoy the staff they are all good to me and produce is fresh and competitive prices plus meat is fantastic

Very rude staff and rude behavior with customer.nMost of product price are High and bad product some of them expired

Honestly rude when it comes to communication and terrible phone etiquette.nnCalled about an uber eats order which hadn’t updated for over half an hour, it just said my order was being packed so I called to make sure there hadn’t been a technical glitch, as had happened in the past.nnCalled numerous times until someone had obviously taken the phone off the hook/left it on to stop me calling through.nWhen I finally did get hold of somebody to talk to, they were rude and hung up on me after I explained why I was calling as if they were annoyed or inconvenienced, even though in the one spending money.nnWon’t be spending $ here again on uber or in store, especially with their marked up prices and poor customer service.
