Jono is an absolute legend. Very helpful and friendly. Had to make a change in plans due to overestimating our ability, and he was fantastic with rearranging our pickup.
We picked up some ex-rental bikes from Jonny these summer holidays. He, and his team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. It’s obviously a great place to work, you can see it in the staff. They’re awesome to deal with and obviously have a good time being there. 5/5!
Highly recommend FourB for their bikes but especially their customer service. I hired 4 bikes from FourB for a couple of hours to ride with my kids through the Craters MB bike. Pick up of the bikes was great, organising helmets etc was all good and they had some great suggestions and advice for what trails to ride as we did not know the park. During the ride, one of my kids came off his bike very hard and could not ride out. I rang the FourB to see if they could help figure out exactly where I was and to advise on best way to carry my kid out and get the bikes out. However, Jono went way further than that. Once we figured out roughly where we were he jumped in his van with another employee and drove as close as he could, then ran down the trail to find us. We then got my injured son and the bikes back to the van and he drove him back to the shop for us. Overall, I was super impressed with his "no problem" attitude. As soon as I contacted the shop for assistance, I could tell there was never any other thought than they were going to come out and get us back. Awesome work, and super awesome customer service, which is so rare to find these days. Many Thanks to Jono and the FourB team for helping us out of what may have been a lot worse situation if not for them. Thanks
The team at FourB were so amazing to deal with. We did the Great Lake Trail with a group of us and loved it. Also a big thank you to Vern for driving us and being so patient
A huge shout out to Johnny and the Team Particular Corban - we wanted a 24inch Ebike for my Grand daughter and Medium E bike with a shotgun seat and Four B aced it in supplying what we wanted the service amazing above and beyond - we have used Four B in the past and we can say with total Honesty we Highly Recommend to one and all - Cheers Team
These guys sorted me out with a top bike super easy and gave heaps of good advice on where to go. There are massive amounts of trails out the driveway, all are super fun.

Fantastic customer service. We were travelling from Wellington and running late due to traffic. The owner was very accommodating and happy to wait for us. The bikes we hired were well maintained and high spec. Highly recommended
We used FourB to shuttle us to the start of the Waihaha/Waihora MTB trail and water taxi back to Kinloch. They were friendly and helpful with some good tips for mountain biking in the area. I'd thoroughly recommend Jonny and team for helping you access the Great Lake Trails and other mountain biking in the area.
My partner and I did the amazing Waihaha/ Waihora track yesterday ... in the middle of winter. Jono and his team were fabulous to deal with arranging the shuttle and water taxi, even helping with a mid ride reschedule so we could take a bit longer. Highly recommend the FourB crew. Thanks guys
