We rented 2 e-bikes, a great way to explore the Taupo. Central Plateau were super friendly and helpful and got us set up for a great day. New bikes and we couldn’t find a better price anywhere. Thank you guys for a great day.

I has a regular mountain bike, my wife an electric one. As an inexperienced rider it really helped her. Bikes were in excellent condition and staff were super helpful. The bike tracks around Taupo are fantastic and well worth a visit.

Fantastic place to hire bikes, friendly and super helpful staff. Would highly recommend if you're visiting Taupo.

Quick, easy, friendly, convenient location, reasonable price, mountain bikes in excellent working order. Top rides seem to be the cruisy paved lake track, and the challenging Huka Falls trails.

We happened to park outside the shop fate? and ended up buying a bike! We were served by Alex who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even took our old bike for a trade-in. I would recommend this shop to any local or visitor like we were.

Went to hire 2 bikes, the team at Central Plateau Cycles went out of there way to help set me and my partner up on bikes and gave us good info about all the local trails. Bikes were well looked after and we had a blast. Can't recommend this place enough!
