Ellerslie War Memorial

An established hall for hire with separate toilets a kitchenette an outside open space with upward shooting water sprinklers for the kids to play & parents/ guardians can monitor. A large dining space & ample supply of chairs & fold up tables. The main hall is sufficient for dining & entertainment & fairly ok acoustics. The hall hire reflects the cost of living. There are sufficient parking spaces directly outside & surrounding carpark spaces with differing time limits. including disability & wheelchair access. We finished restacking the hired furniture & the in house cleaners arrived. A suitable venue for holding medium to large groups functions. Ergo 3 stars rating.

Good council facility with lots of room, lighting, air conditioning, always keep clean & tidy!

I love this building. The water feature out front is quite unique and young kids play in it, in summer. The poppy artwork out front of the building is beautiful and very relevant.

We had our ZUMBA class! I thought it was a great hall for it but got a noise complain from a little church group and had to cancel my booking

Fantastic location and an excellent facility with lots of rooms available and a full kitchen available, leading to a large hall with a stage.

Good community hall and deceptively large stage. New sound system and good light control. Nice place to host small productions. Friendly staff, central location and ample parking. Ticketing can also be a breeze. Raised seating possible.

Useless hall! 3 days we came and went away with all kids!! Noone answer the access issue line! Waited around 30minutes!! High authority should look in to this! because of non reliable actions, we informed today prior to the event! Still didnt open or answer the access issues line!

Good place for small gatherings of about 40max people in one room. They have a small theatre hall too which can also fit about maybe 100max.

Centrally located with plenty of parking. A great spot for hosting an event. I've attended and held events here many times and have always had a pleasant experience.

I watched a play here and greatly enjoyed the experience. The free refreshments in the interval was a great touch.
