A very calm place that you can enjoy the amazing view of Auckland. The most stunning moment is at sunset, the sky starts to turn into golden, and the ocean is crystal clear, you even can see sky towe. Down this point, there is a beach you can take a walk and enjoy the beautiful views. Very recommend to spend a whole afternoon here, grab a coffee, take some photos, and have peace.
Well worth going up the road to the look out. Stop on the way up and get shots back towards the city and over St Heliers and the other bays.
Amazing views of the ocean and a brilliant place to get some peace and quiet.
An amazing viewpoint to visit to see panoramic views of the Bay and surrounding islands. You can walk up from the beach, or drive up to the viewpoint. There is limited parking at the top, though. Take a few minutes to take in the amazing views you can even see downtown Auckland from here and enjoy the scenery.
If you want peace with a good view, it is the best choice
Good lookout point to see down the harbour. Seating and parking all easy. Good place to take fish and chips on a nice evening.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Lovely view point of Rangitoto island and the surrounding areas. Strangely though it is also close beside a nude beach, I say strange and you would think the beach would be more secluded considering everybody comes there with their camera's in full views but hey it just adds to the excitement I guess.
Went to catch the Sunrise. The wind was nice and breezy. Morning walkers out enjoying first light. Lovely views
Fantastic spot. Seat up there to eat your fishnchips /pizza or picnic or bring a blanket. Views are stunning. Bring warm clothes if windy.
It was worth walking up the steep hill to be able to see the magnificent view of Rangitoto and Brown Island. The other islands including Waiheke were just visible in the background
