Story

Dunluce Bed & Breakfast offers luxurious accommodation in a contemporary purpose built home. In our guest wing we have 4 spacious rooms with king or super king beds, large modern ensuites, and spectacular lake and mountain views from every room.
Breakfast is served in the guest dining room, and includes an extensive buffet plus 4 cooked options.
We include free wifi, laundry, storage, off street parking, home baking, wine, tea, coffee and fruit juices.
Dunluce is situated on one and a half acres of landscaped gardens and lawn, and is a 20 minute walk to the Te Anau town centre.
Te Anau is the closest town you can stay to visit Milford and Doubtful Sounds .

If you're needing accommodation while in Fiordland, this is the spot! Hannah is such a lovely host, who made us feel right at home. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and beautiful. The incredible lake views were a bonus! Would not hesitate to recommend.
Awesome place to stay. Love the outdoor furniture and the view over the lake. Super helpful host.
If you want to stay in a boutique B & B give this one a try. The whole place is immaculate throughout. Rooms are very exquisite and have the most amazing view of the mountains and water. Hannah is a lovely host and makes lovely cakes and an excellent breakfast.
Stayed for 5 nights package. Very happy with the entire experience, Hanna couldn't have been more accommodating and the room was spacious and comfortable. The little extra touches set Dunluce apart from the norm & made the whole experience very enjoyable.
Hannah was a great host. You can tell she has really put time and effort into her accommodation. The views are excellent and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Definitely would visit again.
Lovely B&B. Private quiet and really well equipped. I am not a B&B person but if they were all like this it would be great. Hannah was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. A lovely stay. Thankyou.
