Incredibly beautiful camp with awesome hospitality! Everyone greets you with, "Welcome home!" Great place to pray and go on retreat!

So Hidden Lake was ‘repurposed’ into a “summer camp” …but I’d suggest looking into the history of Hidden Lake before committing.  Up until 2011 it was known as “Hidden Lake Academy”. Parents sent children here under the guise of a “therapeutic boarding school”  It was shutdown in 2011 after several lawsuits feel free to google and read all about it!  It’s essentially a place to isolate & modify children’s behavior. It simply continues to rebrand itself therapeutic boarding school, retreat, camp, wilderness, etc. If this sounds crazy, I’d encourage anyone to research the “troubled teen industry”  Source: I attended Hidden Lake Academy from 2009-2010

Best camp ever!!  This truly changed my life forever.

I’m happy to see it’s been turned into something else. I hope for the sake of the children that someone else owns this facility. Back when it was a therapeutic boarding school I went there and the horrific things I saw and were done to us children. People do your research before sending your kids anywhere speak to people who actually went not the staff or owners.

Is truly the #bestcampever! There were so many fun activities and sessions I absolutely loved being there. They definitely make you feel welcome and it's like a second home

I went 3 different years, the first year was fun but the next 2 were horrific. They make you do things you really do not want to do. The camp itself is nice but i would not want to go back.

I went once and now I can’t stop but want to go back

Amazing camp! The talks were great and the activities were outstanding! Loved it so much I wanted an extra week! In my opinion, two weeks would be even better!

I had such a great time. Everyone was so welcoming. I would definitely come again.  I really feel like I had a great fun and religious expirence.

I had so much fun, I honestly didn’t want to leave & everyone was so nice and kind
