Crowne Plaza Queenstown, an IHG Hotel

Everyone we came into contact with was just wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and we came in late on evening and had pizza in the dining room that was really good. We had a great stay. My only negative was how cold it was everywhere in the hotel. 18 degrees according to my phone. We had to have a heater brought to our room.nAlso the 2 guys at the concierge counter were excellent. We had 2 bookings cancel due to weather and they were great at helping us with new arrangements.

We stayed for 7 nights around Christmas. Location is excellent especially since we don’t have a car. Many restaurants nearby. Tours pick up from this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in a courtyard view room and 2 nights in a mountain view room with impressive views. The rooms are dated but clean and quiet. Breakfast is average. We had breakfast for 5 days and the same hot food was served. I was hoping for some variations. The next 2 mornings I walked to Fergbaker to buy pies for breakfast. Service is friendly.

Great location, nice rooms, comfy bed and the best breakfast I've had in a long time from a hotel. My compliments to the chef: yummy mushrooms, fluffy scrambled eggs, perfectly cooked bacon and delicious warm muffins! ‍‍

The location of this hotel is perfect! right where you want to be especially if you don't have a car, if you do have a vehicle the parking can be tricky. they have valet parking a $30 per day.nThe views ,even from the mountain view room are impressive.nAll the the staff where all really friendly and helpful!nhave to say a big thank you to Milly in the breakfast restaurant she was amazing so helpful with our son who is very particular.nthe breakfast is good, strong coffee which I needed.nThe rooms are dated and due for renovation, but the other details make up for it.

Great hotel, lovely staff who couldn't do enough always with a smile. Great valet car service for $30 but paying $500 per night I would have expected that to be free. Location couldn't have been better and the hotel was extremely clean. The only negative was the door adjourning our next room was rather thin and we could hear the neighbours conversations.... Would have liked a bit more privacy. Overall 5 star hotel and would highly recommend.
