Crowne Plaza Queenstown, an IHG Hotel

Our stay was wonderful. Every staff member I dealt with was very accommodating and a delight to speak to. Housekeeping staff so attentive and fast if you needed anything. It arrived with a smile!nThanks for making the stay part of our trip so effortless. My husband is addicted to the hot chocolate now!nThe location is the best.

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was ideal—close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the restaurant; the food was consistently very good, with a nice variety of options and great service.nnThat said, the hotel itself could use some attention. The decor and furnishings felt a bit dated, and there were areas that clearly needed a more thorough cleaning. A deep dusting and some maintenance updates would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

The hotel is a really cool design and has aged well outside of the rooms in a retro sort of way, but the rooms could use an update someday soon; the bathrooms are perfectly serviceable but a bit dated in form and function.nnWe had two stays and the bed during our first stay was not very good, but our second stay has a much better bed.nnOverall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I had a Fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza during this Easter holidays. The central location of the hotel is extremely convenient when you have numerous day tours, especially if you have kids accompanying you.nHotel Service is indeed remarkable. I had a great experience with Keira, one of the staff members, who helped me secure a child car seat at the last moment for one of the key tours I had planned. She treated it with great kindness and appropriate urgency and resolved the matter for me instantly. Keira, Much Appreciated!!nI must also admit that I have had the best pumpkin ravioli in their restaurant. Highly recommended if you are visiting them.

This is a great place to stay in Queenstown. In addition to the fantastic location the standout is the staff. All staff from the front desk to dining room to room servicing staff were fantastic - very friendly, approachable and happy. The room Lakeside was great with fantastic views and kept really well cleaned and stocked by the friendly service staff. Price was pretty good too. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Queenstown and will definitely be staying there again.
