Cross Country Rentals Car Van and Truck hire (Taranaki)

We had a great experience with Cross Country Rentals. We rented a medium truck to move house. The website was easy to book through, and when I had questions about the truck and process, I was able to get help over the phone and later also via email very quickly. I was amazed at how fast I received email replies from the staff. Collecting the truck was easy and we were shown how to work everything. We were able to return the truck on a Sunday. Everything went smoothly, with no problems, and it was overall a really easy process. After looking around a bit, we also found the prices to rent very reasonable and lower than elsewhere. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I have used CCR for my class field trip. The planning and booking process was so easy, and the service and staff were accommodating and understanding of queries. The vans themselves were in great condition, clean and tidy. Pick up and drop off was a breeze, and they were not overly expensive to hire, which made the trip affordable.
