Columbus Coffee

Cant go wrong to be honest. Tasty breakfast and the coffee was made well. Staff were friendly and water was easily available for self serve with clean cups. Eating areas were plentiful and well kept. A solid and safe place for a bite.

A good setup with the table seating stool sitting or standard table seating or out side the store inside mitre 10 next to playground where children can play and you are there by them . Ordered decaffeinated mocha and a scone orange and date Also the delicious carrot cake Cabinet food has been getting better with fancier cupcakes etc.. Service is ok.

Food is good, service is terrible. - The girl who served us was great, the rest were a let down. Was good at first but then they "forgot" two orders. 5 of us had finished our meals, they brought out one of the meals they'd "forgotten". We had to ask again about the second meal. So after 6 of us had finished our meals, they brought out the 7th. And then it was still wrong and brought out the wrong meal. Please train your staff, perhaps check up on tables too. Work on your communication please between each other. Two very late orders and one wrong order after the 5 of us had already finished. The manager apologized several times, offered 3 free coffees to compensate. Unfortunately it's not enough to make us want to come back.

The coffee was just okay. But the French toast was so delicious and the perfect portion, especially for the price.

My first visit to this Columbus. The girl at the counter was pleasant and friendly. When I couldn't decide between a cabinet item, she made a suggestion. When I ordered medium coffee she asked if I wanted double shot.. I thought this was default for this size.. Anyways. When the coffee came it was quite tepid as was my friends hot chocolate. It also had a look that you might get when someone stirs your coffee, no latte art., not even a basic heart. Quite disappointed for a franchise that specialises in coffee. The Cafe was quiet, as it was 2.30pm, even so tables took a long time to be cleared giving sparrows enough time to have a good meal too. Overall my thoughts are it lacked attention to the details for it core items coffee and urgency and hussle even with 3 FOH staff on almost outnumbering customers. There are better Columbus franchises around.

Thought what a great day to grab a few coffees while at mitre 10, sadly that was not a good idea. Obviously short staffed today, kitchen was closed no chef, the two staff we saw were both absolutely lovely and they were doing a wonderful job with the amount of customers coming in. I ordered 4 coffee's I was notified of a 15min wait no problem went and had a nosey came back and waited another 14mins understood with only two staff doing everything! Again they were both smiling great staff but that's a super long wait for Luke warm coffee REALLY disappointing... Also on another note I had thought about grabbing something from your cabinet food selection but there was no way I was paying $9.50 for a pie especially when it was only being quickly heated on a sandwich press.

For the price, this is great coffee & food. Long Black was the perfect hit of coffee I needed before taking on Mitre 10.

I had a Chai Latte, very much enjoy it. I also had Eggs on Toast however unsure of the price, I would not be able to afford it all the time for the item. Prior to egg shortage Would go back for the Chai Latte. The Staff, where friendly and attentive. Dietary restrictions: Had Almond milk instead of Cows
