Candy Nails

I’ve been a customer at Candy Nails now Lume Nails for about three years. I have always had great experiences and good quality results. Unfortunately the staff seem to have changed and my latest Gel manicure has been appalling, it hasn’t lasted a week. I will be looking for a new nail salon.Services: Manicure

The ladies here are fantastic! The salon itself is always clean and tidy and the ladies are friendly and do a great job. I’ve come back from Sydney and found it hard to find a good nails place and definitely here they don’t rush and my SNS nails keep for at least 3-4 weeks and my shellac/gel pedicure keeps for 5-6 weeks. Don’t waste your time and money. I’ve been going to this salon previously Candy Nails for two years but the past three experiences I’ve had have pushed me to decide to never go back. This time started with them opening late, and when we walked in they didn’t have my booking for two on record I only called up two days prior to book which seemed fine at the time. They still offered to do the manicures, however left us waiting with foils on for an hour, after offering to cater to another walk in appointment after us. Finally I got my manicure but my friend was left waiting until after I had mine done. The total appointment took 2.5 hours. The operation is a shambles and it is not worth the waste of time in my opinion. I will not be going back.Service: Manicure

I've been going to Candy nails on and off for about 5 years. It's under a new owner now, the last owner used to do my waxing. Don't know who does it now, will have to see. The girls see you straight away, and they are very good. So far best in Ponsonby.

Best nail salon in Aucklandthese girls really are the best. My acrylic nails look fantastic. Such warm and friendly, fun environment. Felt so relaxed and happy leaving with my beautiful nails. The service and quality of there work is the best I've had. Looking forward to going back.
