Eternity Nails

I had a gel manicure and I was really happy with the result. The lady was really friendly and chatted to me. The manicure was tidy and lasted for a good few weeks. Nice to see them sterilizing the tools too.

The lady that did my nails was very lovely and did a pretty good job with my manicure. The salon however was infested with small fruit flies. They were everywhere and kept flying on my hands and nails. It was very annoying and i had to suggest to them to spray the whole place.

I had my nails done today by the lovely Tiffany. She was amazing. Took great care when doing them and also helped me choose the right shade of pink I was after. Thank you Tiffany for your awesome customer service.

I asked for a manicure and a lady said $25. When I was sitting I said that I want a French manicure and they didn't say anything, another lady started to work on my nails. At the end I have to pay $45 and nobody told me that was another price. I hate my nails, awful work and attitude from the lady who work on them. She doesnt say anything just jump on my nails with a arrogant and upset attitude. I never write reviews but should know that this one is not a good place to go. I will never come back.

Awful place, don't waste your time. I had a pedicure made there last week. They d 2 girls running around among customers, doing 3 at the same time; pedicure quality is way too low, they slightly touch you and most of the time you're just "enjoying" their massage armchair. At the end they didn't give enough time to dry polish, saying they're closing appointment was at 5:15, they're closing at 6.

The first time I went it was very rushed and all my cuticles were cut up by the electric filer... After giving them the benefit of the doubt, knowing everyone makes mistakes. They did it all over again, shaped them terribly and left dents in the varnish. The manicure consists of removing your cuticles full stop, no oils or massage for that matter. I'm not usually one to complain but I'd like to save people wasting a significant amount of money on this poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had my mani pedi with shellac done last month and it seems to last forever. Very good service with nice staff, wide variety of choices, big collection of colors. Definitely will be back again.

Went for a gel polish removal. It was rushed and rough through the process leaving terrible scratches and dents all over my nails. The technician didnt even remove the polish completely and I had to ask her specifically to remove the remainder. Unsatisfactory service and attitude.

Best manicure I have ever had in Auckland! The staff are absolutely lovely and didn't feel rushed through like most nail salons! 10/10

My girlfriend had the worst experience here. They rushed everything kicked her out just because they ran out of time. Nails didn't dry properly and as we suspected, polish came off the next day. Waste of time money and energy. Do not go there. Customer service is not the best.
