Amazing customer service, great quality, clean, neat, open, great atmosphere so valuable been Sally’s customer for the last 6 years all staff extremely professional and lovely ! My shellac could last 5 to 6 weeks but my nails grows so quickly so I always get it done in 4th week … Won’t disappoint :

Stumbled upon this salon by chance as I was travelling and looking for somewhere to do my nails. Even though I didn’t have an appointment they were super accomodating and so friendly! The nail technician was extremely well trained and took care with my removal, shaping and colour application. All the girls are friendly and make you feel welcome. I will be stopping by here for every visit to Auckland

I went to Sassi for the first time last night, I just got the standard mani with gel/shellac polish. It's the best manicure I've ever had in terms of the finish, she did it with absolute precision. They had a huge selection of colours as well. I'm really happy with the finish and would highly recommend Sassi to anyone who wants a great manicure. The only down side is the price. It was $65 total, that's about $30 more than I've paid for the exact same service elsewhere! It did include a hand massage at the end which was nice and left my hands feeling really soft but really not worth $30 unfortunately. I had also looked at the prices online before going and the price when I got there was not the same which was disappointing as I may have gone elsewhere but I didn't have time so went ahead anyway. The Sassi girls were friendly, and unlike other places I've been, they went all chatting in another language the entire time which can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable. Overall, a very good job and I suppose you get what you pay for!

Lovely experience. Sally did my nails and actually educated me on not picking off my shellac nail polish as it not only ruins nails but also shortens the time your next shellac manicure lasts. Overall great service! My nails look great and the green tea warmed me up!

I got Shellac today and was served by the most lovely lady whose name started with B, please forgive me for forgetting it. She was very professional and made my nails look the best I've had them. She gave ultimate care and attention to detail. I paid a lower price than I have at the mall nail salons today, but I got far better results! This will be my regular nail spot from now on! Great UV French gel polish done by Jamie on Friday 27 Jan. Always friendly and polite and a much nicer atmosphere and a higher quality job done than in your average place like Professionails. Yes, you will pay a little more, but with a better quality job done you'll find your UV polish will last longer. Would recommend booking ahead rather than trying to do a walk in, as it gets pretty busy. Overall, would recommend.

My nails look perfect! Rachael took great care in painting them and covered the entire nail - not leaving a space between the color and the cuticle so you have to go back in a week like places in the US do. When I travel to Auckland again I will definitely return to Sassi.

First few times, I received good customer service probably becuse I got gel nails which is fairly expensive. But recently I have been only getting manicure and their attitude is not up to the standard considering their price is much more expensive than the ones you can get from a mall. Especially the owner doesn't treat you very well unless you pay a lot.

Everything depends on girl who does your nails because my pedicure and manicure did different girls . My pedicure was perfect and longwear, but manicure started to break after 1 night . It's not great for such price. Sometimes you have got feeling that there are not fair price building
