The ladies were lovely and efficient. Great service and my nails look fab! Accepted me as a walk in, which I appreciated greatly.

Had the best experience at Queen Nails in Parnell. Came in to remove acrylics and ended up seeing the selection of colours they have available so decided to get a pedicure and more acrylics added. Their staff are lovely and super helpful. They work incredibly hard to achieve the results you want. I’ve been to a few nail salons and always left feeling a bit disappointed. But after I left Queen Nails in Parnell I couldn’t stop smiling. Super affordable, I even gave a $40 tip it was that good. Highly recommended, this has become my new local. Love your work girls

Dip powder French manicure and gel pedicure $125.00NZD Casual walk-in client. Poor communication as a walk-in. Was just told to ‘sit and wait there’ Abrupt manner and hard to understand. I had to ask them to repeat what they had said three times After waiting five minute I asked how long the wait was for as I was not given an indication Told it was a 25 minute wait. I have much better things to do than sit for nearly half an hour looking at very old magazines so I said I would return at 12 midday in 25 minutes time Pedicure and gel polish was okay. Nothing startling. Pretty average standard stuff Powder dip French manicure nice results but did not get hand massage or even a bit of hand cream at the end Very variable ‘service’ Observed three other casual walk ins come in and get the same off hand greeting and no indication of wait time. Two left immediately. One lady sat for about ten to fifteen minutes then gave up in the end and walked out I would say in conclusion Queen Nail Spa treats you nothing like a Queen. Got acrylic nail and got given wrong colour and nails were still wet afterwards and smudged as well as uneven shape. Lady left old polish chips underneath so still visible. Terrible quality. Service was unprofessional and was there over two hours for a mani pedi. Will no go back.Service: Manicure

I'm very impressed by the quality of my manicure and upper lip waxing here. My manicurist was very thorough and gentle when trimming my cuticles and polishing my nails. It was a pleasant surprise to find a place that can do as great a job as I would get back home in Asia. To top it off, services were great and it was affordable. I'd highly recommend it.

I don’t understand why this place has such bad rating/reviews. This place is always full of customers and most of the times it’s hard to get a walk in appointment. This place is amazing for getting acrylic nails done. I’ve tried so many different places in Auckland with better reviews, where the nails have fallen off after one week. The ladies here are lovely, and the service is fast & efficient!
