I went to this place after being done so wrong at a different place. I went to get an acrylic removal, as well as a fresh set, which I ended up paying 90€ for. Even though this is in the pricy end, it was definitely worth it after the treatment they gave me!!! Two girls Camila and a girl with red hair - sadly don’t remember her name helped me get my nails fixed, and were extremely understanding about how painful my nails were after the visit at the other nail salon. Not only were they very careful and understanding, they also did an exceptional job on my new set! Super natural looking, while making the cutest design.. Can’t wait to come back for a refill with these lovely ladies!!Services: Synthetic nail removal

I have NEVER experienced such an awful “treestment” in all my life. The first time I came, I let them know I was running 5 mins late form parking for a 230hours eyelash extension treatment. The technician spent 20 mins arguing with me that she didn’t have time any more until a colleague stepped in and told her not to be ridiculous. I stupidly returned today for removal and gel manicure and pedicure. I was “greeted” by an incredibly grumpy woman. She kept telling me I had acrylic nails I did not and never have had them and then tutted away as she used an electric file with a heavily serrated edge in full speed. Twice I pulled away with pain. She just tutted more at me. I tried to explain to her I’d prefer if she removed with acetone and she refused. The third time she hurt me nail so much it’s no bruised under the bed, I had tears in my eyes and walked out. She made me feel like it was my fault, my nails are now so thin and will take many months to recover. They hurt in hot and cold water and if I knock them. I have never ever been made to feel so upset by something like this and will be speaking compensation. Hurting someone is a health and safety breech and I urge everyone to avoid if they value themselves. As another reviewer claimed she was left with bleeding nail beds. Nothing is sterilised. It’s appalling. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

On the night of the day i went one of my nails peeled and i got gel!!!!!, by now and 3 of my nails have already peeled… i went 2 days ago. It supposed to last 2 weeks at least, i also got charged 106€ and it feel like a robbery… extremely pricy and not good quality. Make sure you ask the price twice and review it before they even start. Very very disappointed.

Me and my mother came her for a pedicure and was so happy with the result and the service. Everything was really clean and professional, would definitely come back again

My friend and I had our nails done today. This was our first time to visit the place. I had Shellac while my friend did manicure and pedicure. We both very much liked the service especially that we did not have to book in. They also speak English well. Highly recommending it

Took my six year old daughter in today for her first manipedi. Amazingly delicate service. Super friendly staff. Daughter walked away feeling like a princess and a grin from ear to ear.

Terrible! They misunderstood my nail wish, made me bleed. When I complained about it they spoke about me in their language and told me its my fault. Very bad service and they dont have the know how to treat nails in a healthy way. Just one of the nailartist could to nails in a good way. But the others are not competent. Natural Nails dont have to be filed! Do not go there if you want healthy nails.

I booked at the last minute and the Nail Gallery took me in and were amazing! They offered me a Prosecco and proceeded to transform my horrible beach feet into beautiful and smooth peds that anyone would be proud of! I highly recommend this place! My feet are still tingling!
