The hype around Birria being an awesome sauce is false if you ask me! Any regular pulled pork or pulled beef dish would hold more flavor. The meat was dry in the Tacos and the Quesadilla and lacked flavor, the only way to get some juice in the dish was to drip it in the sauce.
Flavourful birria tacos it lives up to the hype, and defs worth a visit!nnI remember seeing reviews about soggy noodles in the past but we honestly had no problems with the noodles. The noodles are instant ones so defs have it fresh in store while it still has a good chew and bite to it.nnThere is a big chunk of meat in the ramen so don’t be like us and make sure to mix it up well from the bottom up.
Tacos were delicious specially when avocados and sour cream added into it with extra 1 dollar. But pricewise cost per taco is little high...
Couldn’t wait to try this place. The tacos were delicious, the Birria Ramen quite good. The perfect amount of spice for me. Our Ramen wasn’t hot enough, ‘temperature luke warm’ I’ll blame winter! and not as exciting as I’d hoped for the price. Will definitely be back though, would like to try the other dishes. Pleasant staff.
Finally got round to checking this place out. Saw great reviews regarding the food. Eww, we didn’t personally like it. Meat was very tender but couldn’t taste it, any flavours really besides the distinct cilantro/coriander taste and grease. Unfortunately only enjoyed the crispness of the taco and the crispy melted cheese pieces. Wasted half the noodle pots, was edible but disliked taste. Good organised efficient service, very clean and tidy premise
