KFC Point Chevalier

I have been to KFC Point Chevalier more than 5 times and I have to say that the quality of their food KFC is really good compared to some other KFC places I have been to in Auckland. I definitely recommend the KFC from here but I don't recommend the customer service. Drive through is probably best to go through for this place.

Tonight as absolute rubbish , the chicken was over cooked and dry and about the size of a miniature chicken .nNormally bigger pieces and very juicy , obviously been sitting for a while or reheated .Chips reheated too .

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service was good. The burger was tasty, but lacked sufficient vegetables only a small amount of cabbage. It could be more enjoyable if the shop maintains higher hygiene standards in the dining area.

I was waiting in the drive thru for about 15 minutes, I could hear what sounded like laughter over the speakers, when I was asked to order I could barely understand what they were saying, it’s as if they were serving me in Hindi, ridiculous. Then I was met with the fine gentleman who I believe was named nazef who took over, he catered to my needs, he was quick and concise, he was very charming and offered great customer service. Compared the Indians who were laughing over the speakers nazef was a like a breath of fresh air.he deserves more than the minimum wage and should be an example for the rest of the workers.

Beware. Check your orders before leaving. My order was missing the Hot and spicey boneless chicken nibbles. Has happened before, so check your orders before you leave the store.
