The petrol price is some kind of good, but the customer service is so bad. The female staff didn't even say one word during the whole payment process. It's rediculous.rediculous

Trying to fleece customers out of the discounts. Argued with a staff member around using a discount who first tried to tell me the Card number was too long, then wasn’t activated and couldn’t use and then tried to tell me I can only get a discount if it was over 40$... checked my card later it was activated. I was able to get the discount no hassle from any other BP. Not coming back here again. Also most expensive fuel around.

I went to this store yesterday. I ordered a coffee that was my first time there. The girl who was serving me was very friendly and nice. Loved the coffee. Thank you Monika for such a lovely Mochaccino. This will be my local gas station from now on. Great effort and service. Keep Smiling Guys :

This is my local. Prices suck, apart from sales items, but I love the staff. Open 24/7 which is handy. Police fill up at BP so I always feel safe. Stay away during the hours 6.30am-8.30am Monday to Friday if possible. The transit lanes make this place a nightmare to enter/exit

I usually get there for a coffee the guy at the counter always sits there in his mobile phone and an Indian guy stands in front of coffee machine. The fact is you won't get the coffee you order for and you can't buy anything from the pie warmer as it's all looks expired

The female attendant on the early morning shift today is unfriendly, unhelpful and cold. Not the sort of customer service you want to be presented with on the early morning drive to work

The cashier didn't want to serve me coffee when it was only 9PM. His excuse was that he had just cleaned the coffee machine. So I drove a few a km down the same road to that new BP, left with a coffee. Appalled.

Didn't like this place,poor customer service over priced coffee,drinks,pies and snack foods..Most expensive gas on the shore,I'm gonna stick with caltex,always cheaper..I'd only stop here,if the fuel lights been on for ages and your afraid your gonna run out of gas before the next gas station.

It's your local BP, great service as always. Give a wave inside for the staff to activate your pump.

Just like any other BP. Used BPme app, so didn’t need to interact with staff. Convenient for me on my way to uni.
