Suraj from Midas Grafton was so nice and patient to help me out on the simple checks i needed help with and i cant recommend more. I was concern that there might be a need for a major change and he advised me to monitor a little longer since my current issue seems to be a minor problem. He also happened to see that my oil and coolant are low and helped with the top up at a very reasonable price. Thanks and all the best!

I dropped off my Volvo V40 for a full service and Wof, also the rear right door had to be fixed. The manager Suraj kept me posted through the entire process, his customer service  was impeccable. Highly recommend this place

Overpriced and felt very taken advantage of. My car failed the WOF which is fine and I got quoted a price from Midas, got another quote through another company which was hundreds of dollars cheaper, the other mechanic explained to me the exact legal requirements of the brake pad etc and I realised I had completely been taken advantage of at Midas because I came across like I did not know much about cars. WOF price is cheap but I would not recommend going to Midas for a WOF because the mark up on any extra work is horrendous

For a man who doesn’t really about car stuff, I have to say that Sharm and his team was really patient to me, explain all of my questions in detail, giving me the best suggestions of my car, I’ve done a full service with them, was a really decent job and service done, highly recommend! There are always a space for you!

Absolutely amazing service! Sharm and the team are super helpful and friendly. Was able to book in for a service and general maintenance very quickly. Good prices too given the high quality and detail of work that they do. 100% will be coming back when I need my car to be inspected/repairs done

Not only are they extremely skilled at what they do but they have the best customer service in town. The team is so happy to help, really kind & honest people! This dud here was legend, car needed to be fixed so I could make it home. Two new tires on the spot and he checked the CVS and bearing for me all for free just cost of tires. Top service and top man.
