Ron Wood Auto Electrical Services

I called this business after being referred onwards by a mechanic after describing my engine issues. I gave the same description to the receptionist on the phone. She laughed at my inquiry and was very dismissive throughout the phonecall. I am very disappointed as I really need help with this issue. I will have to try elsewhere.

Went to Ronwood for a second opinion as I was suspicious about a previous quote given elsewhere to fix my car. Right off the bat, the technician was informative and helpful with what his suspicions were based on what I had told him. Asked him to have a look - he was right with what he thought - so what my previous technician suggested and quoted me on was unnecessary. I've rang several times about getting my car looked at but the receptionist seem to be the auto Eletrican as she keeps putting you off when you ask for one of the Eletrican very rude says I'm telling you instead of saying I'm explaining to you and the 17th April is a Sunday and they will be closed so didn't look at diary very good.correction I spoke to one auto guy nick he said he would check his diary and get back to me that was over 3weeks ago not good communication on there behalf .
