Birkenhead RSA

Was disappointed as the bar staff were very quick to take away your drinks when they were you had not finished. This happened twice in the night to us . We were there as guest at a birthday party on the night. Bartenders let the club down. Food was good.

Have recently had a couple of meals here during the monthly Con Alma Big Band dance nights. Impressed by the quality and flavours, plus very good value and friendly staff. In fact all the staff and officials at Birkenhead RSA seem very welcoming and obliging. Good to see the RSA well supported.

Yum!! Just had dinner here with my kids and absolutely loved it! The beef cheeks is on point!! Meals were great tasting and value for money. Service was top notch as well .. will return for sure!! Thanks kitchen team

Real good vibe in this place. Nice folks and everyone is kind. Pool, snooker and darts for starters. Then there's the restaurant downstairs that gives these awesome folks a nice dinner for a reasonable price. Come along and support birkenhead RSA. Think a years membership is around $60. You can save that in the first week from cheap pool, darts AND beer

Great place to go to friendly people great meals worth a look

This club gets better and better the more i go in it, They accommodate all kinds of activities from darts, bowling, pool snooker, poker, dancing, the list goes on, the bar staff are super attentive and go above and beyond to look after their punters. Many days I have been in there to see the TAB area full to bursting because of the friendly atmosphere. The restaurant offers good homely food and they welcome functions and other parties. There isn't much you can't do at this club, certainly one of the most exciting places to socialize on the north shore. Definitely go and pay them a visit if you get the chance.

A group of us have been going to dinner for a few years every 2nd week. Returning recently after closing for new owners in the restaurant to set up, a few of us are disappointed with the menu, not enough variety like the old one and waiting too long for our food. Very disappointing and considering a different venue....hope they sort this out soon.

We were made to feel very unwelcome from the moment we walked in. They picked on our kids and one other that was there with his family. The kids were supervised the whole time and not disturbing others at all. We waited awhile to get our cash out of the pokies and when we asked the bar lady a second time as we had waited at least 10 mins from first asking, she was very rude and said she was busy at the bar which at this time she was not serving anyone. She finally gave us the cash and when handing it over she said "here you go and never come back " If the RSA wants to remain relevant for the next generations they need to be more family friendly and accepting of paying younger members. We definitely won't be back again and sadly it's on our doorstep!

Met friends for lunch which was lovely - i got fish burger which was fresh and cooked perfectly & the staff contributed to the visit as they were friendly and helpful a great experience thanks
