Bellini Bar

How good is this place!!! Absolutely stunning internal design - ocean and ship/yacht themes throughout the bar which is in the Hilton hotel lobby, very spacious and private sitting areas and great cozy fireplaces. Ample sitting area inside and outside. The location is fantastic - right on the pier with 180 degrees view of the water. Bar food is very well done and creative - eg pork cheeks croquettes. Coffee is great too, perfectly roasted and smooth. With or without food, it is a great place to relax and enjoy the great interiors and the surrounding ocean.

Amazing place! The service from the staff here is beyond great. They make you feel welcome. The food is very tasty and their drinks are delicious. We love coming here when we stay at the hotel. The prices are reasonable too.

The view and vibe are excellent. The menu was hit and miss with some tasting great, some lacking flavour. The service were also inconsistent, one was rude and felt condescending the other was kind and polite. Overall 3 star. Focus on your service and you’ll easily get to 4, then rethink the high tea menu because it was just so-so. The scone for example could’ve been better.

Exceptional views and atmosphere . Me partner and I had a great Christmas eve drinks and food at Bellini Bar. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Food from the bar was great especially the royal salad . Thank you Team for your hospitality.

This was a Christmas gift from my son and his family for his Aunties, Uncle, mother and 90 year old Nana. What a fantastic experience, food was Devine starter being savouries ending with sweets and a hot drink. Oddly enough the male in our group said the food was filling. Staff were helpful starting from the person outside and staff waiting on us. A gift I would recommend.

Fantastic high tea today, interesting and delicious offerings in a beautiful location. couldn’t fault a thing. And a special thank you to Virginia for sorting us out when there was a mixup with our reservation.

We had high tea for Mum’s birthday at Bellini Bar and it was just so good! You wouldn’t think it but it’s very filling - even the males in our party were happy. The tea is a must! So delicious and I’m not usually a tea drinker. Excellent service and the views over the harbour were lovely. Such a cool set up too, really cosy seating.

High Tea on Saturday For the price ,it was ok. Great service. Very good coffee. It was very disappointing to receive sausage rolllooked & teased like pre frozen! Hilton can do better.

Staff were confused and quite disorganized. Had emailed in to request for vegan option but was initially served dishes with salmon! The seating configuration is also not ideal for eating - comfortable couches but coffee table setup. Had to eat bending down, which is not comfortable. Food was decent - standard high tea, nothing too special or impressive. One of the dairy free desserts was half a cupcake that looks and tastes just like Petal Cupcakes... I love those, but I wouldn't expect anything served to be bought from a different store. The mixologist options cocktails are very small, almost like a shot size. Not worth it in my opinion.

The four of us made a booking for high tea to celebrate a Bride To Be. Food was lovely and well presented. The drinks were great, none of us ordered tea, only hot and iced coffee/hot chocolates. Service was a bit slow to begin with but it picked up and all the waitresses were nice, Rania was especially helpful. The plates were cleared timely but not in a way that we felt rushed to leave. We stayed the full two hours and enjoyed chatting and the view.
