Beach Lodge Motel Dunedin

This place was a lovely surprise. It's a little dated on the outside but the rooms have been refurbished nicely to be quite comfortable and bright. The one BR unit we had was exceptionally clean, warm and cosy. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great stay. The location can't be beat. Walking distance to St Kilda beach and close to St Claire as well. Most important, we were around the corner from Pirates squash club. The owners were also extremely helpful and kind. Looking forward to staying here again next time we're in Dunedin.

Great place to stay, my daughter and I stayed in a studio unit 16 which is away from the road so quiet. Loved the black out curtains and we got such a good night sleep! Hosts were lovely. Comfortable beds & clean. Tastefully and practically decorated. Good price. Would 100 % stay again.

Lovely stay and great value for money. Rooms are great, warm and have everything you need. Great pet friendly options for our dog. Great location near the beach and 15min to town. Very accommodating hosts, we will be back.

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff are fantastic, and the units were clean, quiet and comfortable. I loved having a fully appointed kitchen. The motel is close to public transport, and an easy walk down to the ice rink. It was my first stay here, and I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Great support for our international student. Fabulous location.. close to the things we wanted to share about Dunedin and our family.nBeds mattresses were a bit firm for our taste but plenty of room and very welcoming. Thank you .. we will be back.
