Wonderful Stay at Beach Lodge Motel, DunedinnnWe had a fantastic stay at the Beach Lodge Motel in Dunedin. We were very satisfied with everything during our visit. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent — everything is close by, including shops, restaurants, and local attractions, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.nnWe are very happy with our experience at your motel and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We will definitely be coming back again on our next visit to Dunedin.nnHighly recommended!

What a great motel we found! Two stars??? No way, should be heaps more. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, wee extras like flowers in the room and wee biscuits and chocolates. The owners were so lovely. Right by the beach and so quiet. Definitely our Dunedin place to stay now.

We have recently stayed twice, with our dog, at the Beach Lodge Motel. It was a positive experience from the moment we arrived. The team were most welcoming of us and our dog even remembering his name on our second visit! Our unit was exceptionally clean, had everything that we needed, and we appreciated the muffins and cookies that were left for us.nWe would have no hesitation in staying there again.

We stayed at Beach Lodge Motel for two nights and had a really lovely experience. The unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - especially the beds, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location was also convenient and quiet near the beach, making it easy to relax after a full day of exploring Dunedin.nnThe only downsides were that the bathroom felt a little dated and could use a renovation, and the main bedroom had a stained-glass window with no blinds, so the early morning sun came straight in and woke us up. Apart from those small issues, everything else was great, and the service was warm and friendly.nWe’d still happily recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Dunedin.

Lovely owners, they were very attentive and seemed like lovely people. Hotel rooms were very clean and tidy, seems as if the carpets had recently been cleaned which was nice. Bathrooms are a bit outdated but still clean and nice to use. Would come back!
