Stayed 4 nights Mon-Fri. Excellent motel, comfy & clean and fantastic location close to South Dunedin and the beach. Friendly managers and cleaning staff too. Be aware if you’re a light sleeper there is traffic noise at night from Victoria Rd and the wind/rain is horrendous when coming from the south! Typical Dunedin weather but would definitely stay again.
Nice place, good location. The door banged all night in the wind so I didn't sleep that well. Otherwise great place.
Comfortable & clean with friendly staff.nnOur room was on the first floor and comprised large bedroom area with TV, lounge chairs with an adjacent dining area attached to the kitchenette. There was an en-suite wet room off the dining area. The accommodation was of a good size and was very clean. A large double bed with crisp clean sheets.nnThere was just enough parking for guests, we arrived back from an evening out at about 10pm and took the last parking space.nnHaving a laundry was also convenient as it also had an adjacent drying area.nnThe only slight problem for us was that there wasn't really anywhere too close to eat at, well not within walking distance so we had to drive. We drove to a really nice Italian restaurant, Esplanade, which was worth the short drive.nnWe walked to the beach, which isn't far at all. Only 5 minutes from the motel.nnWe did a circular walk of about 2 hours along the beach, to the view point through the cemetery and back along the road. A good 10,000 steps with a lovely view if yhe beach and ocean.nnThe lady on reception was very friendly, again when we saw her when we were checking out.nnThe only observation that I would make is that some guests left at 6.30, they weren't quiet and whilst that isn't the fault of the motel or their staff it would be nice to remind people that if you're leaving early others might be on holiday and might not want to be woken up by the banging of suitcases on the stairs and shouting across the car park.

Sally guided us through places to visit in dundedin and her recommendations were liked by thr whole groupnnGreat place to visit with families.nDefinately go here and stay , I bet you'll be happy :
Brilliant stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Location great, walked to the beach. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was clean, tidy, the owners took time to sweep the balconies and clean the yard of rubbish. There was evidence of attention to little detail had lots of little things, like lots of electric plug outlets and suitcase stands, in each room. We would stay here again.
