We enjoyed our stay - the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly. Good value for money.
Enjoyable experience. Nice service from the motel staff, really went the extra mile. The room was nice and comfortable and worth every cent. I'll definitely be staying here again if I'm in Dunedin.
I booked at short notice via a web-based platform, but the staff were very accommodating. The rooms were starting to show their age, but clean and a lot bigger and well equipped than I expected for the price. Appreciated the free satellite TV and parking right outside the room. I decided to stay a second night and while the same room was not available, the staff found me a quiet albeit smaller mezzanine style room at the back of the property and later offered a discount for extending my stay without me asking. Very impressed!
What a wonderful hotel to spend your holiday.nnIt has a whole lot of facilities including nice bed, clean bathroom, small kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, a lot of utensils, cups, plates and glasses. They even had wine glasses in the drawers.nnThe lounge area had two small cushioned chairs and the glass top table. A long table with another two chairs. The room was so warm and nice.nnThe room service is awesome. They did a great job.nnThe bus stand is so close to the hotel so anyone can ride in the bus to the town. There is a supermarket in about 300m. Also, there are takeaway shops, bars and restaurants are nearby. You can see the botanical garden from the hotel. It’s about 200m away.nnI recommend this place to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to have a break from their busy lives.
The room was gorgeous and hubby and I could not fault it at all. It exceeded expectations. When we arrived he showed us a parking space best suited to park the ute. However, half an hour later we get an aggressive BANG BANG BANG on the door asking us to move it. Later on when we arrived back we discovered he had accessed our room to drop an ottoman off. Even though we had specifically asked for privacy ie no room service etc. Therefore we felt our privacy was violated andnmade us feel very uncomfortable .
