Jason is the best, he help alots with our recent stay,nwith our flight being canceled due to bad weather, and it is very busy season, he manage to squished us in, he juggle few of his place and we thanks for that.nthe place is very tidy and clean. very quiet at night, its make best rest. its very close to woolworth if you want to to shop everyday necessity, sushi shop just across the road, MacDonald, KFC, warehouse, Kmart just short walking distance. making staying so nice confinience.

Excellent service would be hard to find a more accommodating host than Jason. Ended up staying over a week for work. My stay has been peaceful and very comfortable.

Great rooms on the top floor! Large beds and feels very cozy.nnUnfortunately it's let down by it's location. Wednesday evening next to a busy road make for a difficult sleep. Located in South Dunedin where the undesirables are all living in all their noisy cars having drag races and trying to find their next fix... Would honestly being stay somewhere else if I'm to visit Dunedin anytime again soon.nnOther than that - rooms great, nice large bathroom, large beds and house keeping. Also close to multiple food selections.

Great value for money. We were in late, out early. Perfect for our needs. Clean and tidy.
