Anderson Park

Anderson Park is a wonderful, hidden green space tucked away in Mount Albert. It is the proud home grounds for the Mount Albert Ponsonby Football Club, boasting fantastic, wide grass pitches that are perfect for local sports and casual soccer matches. There are also excellent public tennis courts available to use when the club isn't playing, which is an awesome local perk.The park is very family-friendly, featuring a small children's playground and beautiful established trees that offer heaps of shade during summer. It’s also a perfect spot to walk the dog on a leash or head out for a jog. Accessing the grounds is easy via the dedicated car park off Preston Avenue or through the pedestrian walkway on New North Road. Just note that there are no public toilets on-site, but it remains an absolute gem of a neighborhood park!

We hired the club rooms for a function. They were perfect. A great commercial kitchen and bar facilities. Warm and friendly team only to happy to help out. Easy access with plenty of parking onsite. Nice view as the sun downs across the fields. Highly recommended for your next gathering.

Nice park with a football field.

Very good and big football field. Plus tennis coaut but no toilet. I love to play there and when I was arived to New Zealand this is my first Auckland New Zealand Park I went to.

Good times here for Friday night football. Shame about the ref
