I had a great experience buying my bike from here. Things become easier if you do an extra bit of research on their webpage before heading to the store. Jervis gave me an additional crash course on bike maintenance as well. Kudos for a timely online delivery of bike rack and in-store pick up of the bike.

I had great service from Jervis he really knows what his talking about. I'm really enjoying my new bike. It's must be nice to have staff who will go out of there way to help your customers, it gives you a good name.

More than helpful usually. Good for any cycling essential, variety of brands makes it so there's always option for you. It is a small store and can be busy sometimes but guys are prompt and can help anytime. Popped in recently on the weekend with gear problem and a loose pedal as I was going down the beach and their mech Alex fixed me up on the spot. Soon as wanted to pay I was told to put it away and not worry about it. Surprised as many shops used to charge me for smallest things. Made my day! Good thing that their team is more consistent these days - always coming back to my favourites now.

Dropped in without an appointment on Saturday morning and it was my lucky day! Kieran was at the service desk and he couldn't do enough to attend to and explain my problems discuss solutions and attend to the necessary repairs so I could be on my way. Great advice Great service - He's a great asset to the business as I'll be back!

I counted and they don’t have 99 bikes in the store. Good service, good price. The staff is friendly and helpful. Walked in to buy a bike, walked out with two. Cheers
