The staff are very patient and helpful when it comes to choosing the right bike as well as additional accessories for yourself. They will guide you through by picking out a bike that fits for you. I was able to get a discount off of my bike because of the wonderful and kind staff. Not to mention, they also have professional mechanics readily available to do checkups on your bike as well as a workshop inside their bike store. Amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it!
One of a kind deal I got, thanks to Andy, had a issue with some transactions on te last day of sale and was able to get the Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC Pro for 4999$ 7500$ before easter sales after the discount. Excellent service! In the past year, I've had my bike serviced here at the Stanmore workshop twice. In March 2024, I took the bike in again to get the chain replaced and see if the mechanic could diagnose an issue I was having with the gears. The mechanic, Nathan, was helpful and knowledgeable, diagnosing the issue quickly. He even discounted the labour for the gear change because the previous chain they had put on was too short. A surprising, but very much appreciated gesture. Recommended.
