Great service. When I was cycling home one day from work, my gear cable snapped. Fortunately, it happened not too far from 99Bikes, I went to the shop and one of the mechanics fixed the problem in a flash, did great job and really looked after me and my bike very well. Awesome service!

Harry from 99 Bikes was great. After visiting another bike shop earlier that day and receiving no help, I went here. He helped me choose a bike to suit my needs, measured me up and let me try out a few in the store. My bike needed to be ordered in the size and colour I wanted and I selected the accessories I wanted. Less than a week later, I picked it up, all set up and I love it. Thank you.

I have just bought a Merida bike from 99 bikes. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and great prices without a hard sell. Bike was ready in a day and they fitted upgraded tyres and pannier rack at no extra cost. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Prices and customer service were good but unfortunately I needed to return as all required equipment was not provided by one of the sales team members. On returning the next day, another sales team member served me and was more than helpful to provide the necessary equipment. He also gave an additional discount for the inconvenience.
