Had the worst experience yesterday on 19/8 Around 0730 in the morning the girl who was customer serving had no customer service experience. She was just busy making coffee for herself and enjoying that. When I went to pay she very rudely said that who have not kept the hose right. I went back and positioned it again and then she said don’t you know how to do it. I politely said you can have a look and I have kept it right. She stated that it’s not her job. I went back another 2 times to fix it while it was the issue with their system. She also stated that I’m rude but I was the one saying please to her. When I asked about her manager, she said there is no manager. No respect for anyone.
Terrible services from your female staff to start.nThen when served by the apparent boss was only shock to say the least.nnThe Liberty services station better and with IGA Express its no competition on stock but staff at Liberty and as well the bp service stations are just so lovely.nnHerenDont understand present for the pump, the boss even tried to not accept a dollar because a gold coin looked different. Australian gold coin Elizabeth not even new coin.nAnd the hot food was just terribly stocked.nnThey making 7-11 look very bad.nI dont think they care.
I visited yesterday 19th of August around 0700 hrs . The girl on customer service was on the phone for about 10 minutes and made me wait there. And when I asked her, she was very very rude and stated that her boyfriend is more important than the customers and the job.nThe owner should look into improving the customer service and hire staff who prioritise work at work.nVery bad customer service

The owner of this service station should look into the customer service of the slurpie machines. If cola is a common slurpie that is sold sells quick then please create 2 dispensers for cola. It is also very strange that only certain times with certain staff that this happens where the coke slurpie is in liquid form and we drive from the other end k'wee rup just for this. We are having cold weather and ofcourse this drops the sales of slurpie on certain cold days, to still have no slurpie on a cold day is pointless. I am only complaining because this happened more than 5 times already. Please can the owners look into it. Thank you.
