Called them multiple times they no answer when they are not busy at all. I also called previously to ask if they had something and they said no but I went in the shop and they did, they didn’t look at all.

I buy my fuel here when I have been visiting my daughter. Today I went in and I wanted to a cup/mug of tea for the trip back to boronianWhen asked for the girl to make me one she said coffee , I said no tea , again  she, said coffee. Starting to get frustrated i again said tea to which she then told me they don't sell tea .nDon't know what the problem is as it is on the menu board .nDisgraceful is all I can say

I had to pick up a parcel this afternoon and I was taken back by the tone an attitude that I received when picking up my parcel. I was happy and feeling good until I came in really did not make my day. Customer service and being polite to people is the basis of a good business structure. I will be avoiding this business at all costs from now on.
