This has to be the worst branch I've been too. Never waited less than 30 minutes. Business deposit always out of order. They only have 1 teller and then to display 1hr lunch breaks and a completely tellerless day. Absolutely ridiculous.
We were waiting for 15mins whilst to get served and had to ask a number of times to be served. We also weren’t told of the additional 28 fee charged for direct deposit. This is a poor example of an Anz bank, generally they are great to deal with. I would like to talk to the bank manager of this branch regarding my experience
Poor customer service yet again ! 1 teller ,I was the only customer,,,i had to withdraw a substantial amount,,,it was an effort for teller to try and arrange different notes as I needed to pay different tradies, and then it was an effort to get an envelope to put all cash in it because I didn't want to walk down a dangerous main St of paky !
Since the new upgrade is not uncommon to wait 15 minutes. Elderly and people with disability having to stand in queue for lengthy periods of time. Staff smile and walk passed and do nothing. Highly recommend putting in a ticket system so people don't lose their place in queue when sitting on the 4 chairs available

Plenty of confortable chairs while waitying for my turn. Usually not much waiting time. Staff is very kind. Closing hours are pretty good.
Poor customer service and poor knowledge about processes. The person at the call centre was much more respectful and knowledgeable. Avoid this branch
