Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. Today I have visited Nab Pakenham Branch with my son .It was really Worst Experience of my life.I did my job at kmart in customer services, I know how to deal a customer. 2 staff members were talking to one lady, they need more staff, and need to stop wasting time on one person. I was on the side with my son ,i was waiting and waiting they didn't even care to ask us to sit down, or at least give me a gesture that they will get to me after the lady There was also a bowl of lollies, as a staff member it's their job to offer their customers especially the little ones a lolly if they have that, if not why is there a bowl of lollies, Didn't even offer us to sit on a chair, very rude and racist. I was standing all the time .Chairs are for sitting or why do you have chairs when you r not going to offer your customers to sit down? It's basic manners and respect, which I didn't receive from their staff very bad. I've been living in Australia for 10 years, I have never faced any sort of racism but this today was definitely discrimination. They need more RESPECTFUL staff.
Hi all Do not expected any help from this bank staff at all , very rude staff Kelly and branch manager ,they do not comply or fulfilling the banks responsibility towards the community. Not providing the change and asking to go to the bank you have account with. They are contributing zero towards community services. Government should penalised these greedy companies. Will not be banking with them any more even in the future. If there is anyway to rate them I'll rate them negative 5

Worst customer service ever. Went to deposit a large quantity of coins and got some attitude from the teller and the branch manager. First the teller made a face when the coins were handed over. The teller told me there is a coin counting ATM at NAB Berwick. I told her that I live in Pakenham and not in Berwick and this is just a one off coin deposit. Ended up having a heated argument with the teller and the branch manager Damian Damo. Ended up leaving the branch without depositing the money. I have used NAB branch banking for over 10 years and never have I experienced such appalling customer service. Lodged a complaint with NAB expecting a formal apology.

Been in line for over 25mins. Three people in front of me and x2 walk outs cause it's taking to long..... This bank always doesn't have enough tellers on. Would not recommend it.
One of their team member don't know whether she's indian or sri lankan , didn't even look at her name batch she's an example of best customer service . I love the way she deal with customers.
