I visited the bank today and was assisted by Kimberlee, and I just have to say her customer service was absolutely amazing. She was warm, friendly, and patient, and really took the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Kimberlee went above and beyond to help me, and she made what could have been a stressful experience so easy and positive. Thank you for the outstanding service – it really stood out!
I had one of the worst banking experiences ever with Commonwealth Bank. Due to their system failure, I couldn’t even withdraw my own money when I urgently needed it. I was left embarrassed and helpless — the staff at the Pakenham branch told me I couldn’t access my own funds because of a “system error” or “unavailable funds,” which made absolutely no sense.nnA bank should never leave customers stranded like that. There was no proper communication, no backup solution, and no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve lost a lot of trust in this bank after this incident.
The experts seem have no clue about their job. Need to get more trained. Tellers are lovely and helpful though.
Long queues , Customer service lady wants to answer personal questions on the counter and shes very loud and not polite at all . So unprofessional. Staff needs more training how to deal with customers politely. Id rather go to fountain gate branch .
From a phone call in the morning to an appointment the same afternoon the staff were on point. Helpful, courteous and most importantly attentive, thank you all very much. Shout out to Kamal who went out of her way to sort through my issues.
