Work experience. Staff is very very very rude. Her name is Amandeep Kaur. Bad luck my brother’s card got stuck in a bank ATM machine. I asked her for help. She was rude like I am a thief. She said why are you using in bad way. I asked her please help me or tell me the way so I can tell my brother to get this card back. she said we can’t help you, first you have to sit here. When I told Amandeep . “Thanks for being rude”. She started laughing in an insulting way. If this is the staff’s attitude for customer dealing. Then they should give them some lesson for behaviour and manners specially in dealing with customers before appointing them. I am very very disappointed. There are many ways to talk to person in a polite way. They don’t know how to talk them how can they give service. She is not in Victoria police so she doesn’t have rights to talk me in an abrupt manners. She should not be at the front desk service or customer handling.

Poor customer service. Met two ladies and they were both rude. Customer service should be pleasant and polite as a bank. They are trying very hard to pretend to be polite. Should be zero rating.
The service in this branch is getting useless by the day. No one seems to bother with lengthy queues at the teller and only one operating at snails pace. See a lot of staff standing and chatting. Banks need to take a close a look at the service they provide to customers. Staff get paid from deposits of customers
