On 1st Jan filed up petrol at this station and the attendant charged me twice saying the system is frozen. Paid by credit card and both transactions went through $53.44 twice. When i called up BP they said the Manager will come in 7am - 2pm. When i got there at 7:10am the attendant said  the manager would be there in an hour. I am still waiting for a refund. Very poor service, untrained staff and poor customer handling skills. The attendant did not provide me any details of the Manager and Manager did not contact me regarding the refund.

The staff is nice and friendly. The diesel and petrol quality is good  ☺
