Fantastic Family Friendly service.  Very clean and accommodating.  Loved this place. Highly recommend it and we would stay again for sure!

We booked over a month in advance. I received a phone call the day before our check in explaining that they had stuffed up our booking. We were offered to stay in a bathroom (yes, literally a bathroom) free of charge that had no windows and no air conditioner. They had placed a bed in this bathroom and I was told this room was kept for "emergencies like this one". Due to the lack of air flow, the hot temperature and smell of the room we felt no choice but to leave in the middle of the night and drive back home. If you're going to book with this hotel I reccomend you call them up the day after your booking to confirm the dates. Horrible experience, will not be coming back.
