I think we called the head office about 2-5 times checking that we have done everything correct like labelling and etc! The girls were super lovely. The driver called 15min before pick up just to let us know. Both guys were really nice and made us feel at ease. Had a great chat with them while they moved our 1bedroom within 1hr. Totally recommend

Thanks to Kris & Justin our move went smoothly, I give these guys 10/10 no broken items, no scratches, just a friendly team that were very accommodating. Again, we praise you guys & we would recommend 1800 Removals to anyone! A job Well Done!

I would recommend 1800 Removals without hesitation to anyone looking to book a removalist. We had them pack all the house, and move for us. They arrived on time to pack all the house the day before the move. On moving day they arrived again on time. Justin and Franz were fabulous, lovely guys, nothing was too much trouble for them. All items arrived at the other end in one piece. Chris in the office was also fabulous, came out to the house to quote, and organised all the administrative stuff.

Goods arrived wet (truck leaked). Some boxes clearly marked "Fragile" and "This Side Up" delivered upside-down and damaged. Furniture chipped. Leather lounge protective covering removed & soiled with black marks that can't be cleaned. Their T&Cs state items are only covered for fire, theft or truck-rollover damage. Neighbour's new lawn damaged by truck. Repair was a mismatched patch placed on top of deep tyre trenches. Another neighbour's letterbox and wall damaged by truck. On behalf of neighbour we attempted to resolve with 1800 Removals. For 1 month made numerous phone calls, emails, text messages. Got range of responses: unaware of incident, senior staff being briefed, quotes being organised, different staff handling case but unaware of incident, repeated requests for additional photos, staff member ill, same staff member "had to be let go". Finally their Operations Manager informed us they were not going to repair the damage because "it doesn't appear significant anyway."

Couldn't be happier with the service. I dealt with both Blayke and Tom, they were polite and professional. Communication was excellent and my very special furniture arrived when they said it would and undamaged. Will use this company again.
