I brought my truck there to check up the aircon and they said $3623 is the cost to fix it. Then I decided to take my truck and bring it some where else. They charged me $517 just for a check up without letting me know about the cost. I fixed the aircon for $350 some where else.
Great service friendly staff very Happy to help with all your trucking needs. Also has disability parking in both Service department and the Spare parts Store easy to move around smoothed cement drive and pathways around the complex. Thanks again to Josh and his team of technicians.
Can't fault the service guys, they do an amazing job. Really needs a nice little customer area qith a decent coffe machine... it's a bit no frills but they do the job well
The new telephone system is a complete fail for me.You don't get to talk to a person . Messages left to request a call back have been ignored..A good way to ruin a business.
Truck 3 months old has been back to workshop 3 times costing me out of pocket hire expenses for work to run my business while this BRAND NEW vechile is off the road. Reverse cameras not working, bracket put over tyres so had to be corrected as you wouldn't be able to change a flat tyre. I have had to purchase tyres after only owning this brand new truck for 3 months due to wheel alingment not being done at a cost of $400 a tyre. Asked for detail paperwork of work done not supplied and hire car leaves alot to be desired filthy dirty and every light was on the dash photos to prove it and a manual which not everyone could drive. Overall alot of work needs to be done with regards to customer service and after customer care after you hand your hard earned cash over buying a fuso. So far haven't been happy and now second guessing my decision. To have to buy a new tyre after 3 months on a brand new truck is ridiculous not to mention all this should have been picked up on the 5000 service and yet took a second party to point that a wheel alingment had not been done. Need better customer care for people to be advocates and return business.
These guys went above and beyond. My husband's Fuso truck needed significant repair and these guys pretty much made magic happen! My hubby could not be happier to have his beloved truck back up and running like new again! These guys are just awesome!!
Stephen Jones @ Zupps stands well above the crowd with his pleasant demeanour & absolutely outstanding levels of product knowledge & service. If only other suppliers took only a little time to get to know their clients & some more care like Stephen does we'd have one less thing to worry about. We are located in the Lower Hunter Valley NSW yet find Stephen & Zupps always our first port of call for parts & service. I can only speak from our personal experience with Stephen over the past 5 years with us currently running a fleet of sprinters to Argosy's from around town to road trains my brother & I in our businesses have developed a great relationship Stephen & Zupps. Try and find a phone number for Zupps trucks at Rocklea in Brisbane and you will never find it or them. I know they exist because I purchased my first new truck from them. Attempted to call the nearest branch to them and they can't take your call because they are too busy. Buy an Isuzu because their after sales and customer service is leagues in front.
Serviced our work truck here and after the 120000 service and $3500 later we received the truck worse then when it went in. Service was below standard and after taking the truck back a second time they charged $490 for problems they cause initially. Never to return, and will take our business elsewhere.
Great advice and service from Geoff at eagle farm. Walked me through the right truck for me and did everything a bloke could ask. Cheers mate.
