They send out expired or close-to-expiring stock Within a fortnightnThey do not care and deny it, I went into the store and saw they had that same item I was sent at a very reduced price as it was expired, and they were trying to get rid of it.nnThe store is filthy and a lot of stock you receive from here will be damaged, or even already out of date.nThey do not rotate stock; you can easily find expired stock in each aisle.nI would highly recommend staying away.nDon't waste your time or money.nDisappointed.

Supposed next day delivery, and its now nearly 4 weeks since order was placed with 0 parts of order. No contact regarding status for a week now. Order on April 15th was for $542.42 which they issued a receipt for and they stole $839.75 on May 5th when they finally processed the theft.

Turned up today 25th Nov @ 08.30am for a click and collect that was ordered on the 23rd Nov. Went to the same person last time I picked up. Same routine. Looked through the paperwork, then proceeds to call random people. Which really means..... They have NO IDEA of your order, and haven't started to pick it.nSo,,, I wait patiently for 25 mins. Then ask again, in the meantime I counted 17 staff walking around picking and chatting, no urgency at all.nThen I finally get to 43 mins, and here comes the order.nNaturally, they ALWAYS short items and screw me over.nI grab my stuff and leave before I'm about to blow up.nnThen,,, this is the ABSOLUTE KICKER....  At 16.00pm today I get a call from someone who can hardly speak English telling me my order is picked, and also shorted on the specific product I desperately need.nHilarious considering I've already got the order 7 hours ago.nCorporately, you have to sort this place out in Brisbane. It's an absolute disgrace. I just try and avoid buying from here at all costs.

Really glad our business started using Campbells! Great variety of products, good prices and Alistair is a fantastic young man as you check out. He has helped me multiple times with small problems. See you next week! Ryan
