The knowledge that these ladies have is unmatched. I only popped into buy hair spray and walked away with so much knowledge about my own hair that I never knew despite having my hair done regularly elsewhere. I will be returning for sure, next time for my hair to be done. Such a lovely atmosphere
Disappointing. I was needing to get my hair curled for New Years Eve and I spoke over the phone for a quote. They said they can’t guarantee a price however is “roughly” would be $65. I did explain that my hair was coarse and curly and they said it wouldn’t be that much of a difference. Well I arrived to the salon and they said the price will be $120. I did expect a little over but not almost double the price of the starting quote. The girl was lovely however she curled my hair with a straightener and said it wouldn’t be any different to a curler. Well I was very disappointed to find out 45 minutes on my way to my makeup artist since the appointment my curls had completely fallen out and my hair was dead straight. I am disappointed I have spent this amount of money and my hair hasn’t been styled properly to last at least a couple of hours. If I had known this was the quality of service I was getting I would’ve gone to a salon with a much more reasonable price.
Bought hair products from this store snd they are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
I bought a product that initially did not suit my hair, so I went back to the store, & the staff were very friendly and proffesional. Also, kind enough to offer an exchange. One of the staff recommended a brilliant hairspray for my super frizzy hair and flyaways. I absolutely love it. Its nice seeing these ladies care about their customers.
