Natalie gave me the most incredible facial I have ever experienced, she’s definitely not a lazy therapist I got a neck shoulder and back and head massage that most therapists now a days don’t do. She’s very talented. I live 45mins away but would travel 2 hours to see her! Hands down the best facial!!

Came to my appointment today straight from having my hair done.. had an eyebrow wax & tint, got back home and realised there was brown eyebrow dye through the front of my blonde hair. I turned up to my appointment which had been booked weeks in advance only to be informed there had been an error in booking and as they were fully booked I would miss out. This was besides me receiving a text message confirmation the day prior which was confirmed.

I had my first signature facial with Nicole today. She was amazing, such a relaxing treatment, not to mention how great my skin feels. Thanks  Nicole,  will definitely be rebooking
