Had my eyebrows threaded yesterday, and received a complete reshaping. Just wanted them cleaned up. I understand there might have been a possible miscommunication, but there was no prior discussion to desired thickness or shape. I barely had warning she was going to start! It took me two years to grow out my eyebrows over the pandemic, and it was all removed in about five minutes. They are the thinnest they’ve ever been, uneven, with the front cut shorter than the rest of the brow. It was very rough, and when I pointed this out, she continued threading with the same intensity in the same spot. Skin has broken out in a rash today which has never happened before. Easily the worst threading experience I’ve ever had.
Awful customer service. Arrived at 4:45 and sat for 10 minutes just to be told they can’t do my eyebrows because they are “closed”. Confirmed with lady working that they close at 5:30 so not sure why I was turned away before it was even 5pm. if salons closing time is 5pm then update trading hours as closing 45 minutes before the closing time is ridiculous. I just drove 25 minutes for nothing and she saw me sitting there so could’ve told me so I could have taken my business elsewhere.
Mortified to see the result of my threading and tint I had done yesterday 39 November. I’m going to Europe and look ridiculous. The worker covered up with lots and lots of gel . She has removed half my eyebrow!!
I got my lash extensions done here today for the first time ever. I was a bit nervous at first but as soon as the appointment begun I was falling asleep. Loved every moment of it and the lady who did my lashes was so gentle and kind. Thank you for a great experience!
I am regular client of this place and never disappointed due to welcoming staff. Every time the service is up to the mark by the Indian girls. The thing that amazes the most is Punjabi girls being talented and calm in dealing with different folks with random beauty demands suits to their face type. Never had to explain my eyebrow type and still every girl just provide best as she could. I am not much sure about other Winkbar places but this is very positive and profession oriented along with ethical traits of girls Service: Eyebrow threading
Terrible customer service here, had let the lady who did my eyebrows which was the older lady know that I wasn’t happy with my eyebrows as they were very thin not how I usually have them and she proceeded to say it was my fault then told me I should’ve checked prices of the brows before coming here. After asking for a discount she then rolled her eyes at me, took my name and number then still charged me full price ! Will never be going back here again .
