I was first attracted to the Salon by their advertisement " At Zooki we're different, we listen to our clients"....so I  booked with them to take up a special they were offering to new clients only. I had just recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and was looking for a stylist that would listen to me and help me decide on what look would be best suited to my age, my face shape, my hair texture, my life style, etc. as I have basically had the same boring style for 20 years....(Listening to the client was
another quote that was  stated in their advertising material)........ I was very nervous about changing and reiterated that at the time of booking.....This took a lot of courage for me to do and after talking to the apprentice Stacey was assured I would  after by Sue. Excited by my 1st step I looked forward to the experience booked for 2 pm tomorrow ( 22/10/14). 

I like to be able to write that the experience was exactly as they promised but unfortunately I never got the chance as I was contacted by Stacey on behalf of the Owner/Stylist (Sue) whose voice I could hear in the background to advise that they could not fit me in as they were too busy..... and this offer takes too long so could I possibly make another appointment  for next week......I would have been agreeable to change the appointment time or date anytime this week but net week does not suit me and after all....................I had an appointment tomorrow. 

I was very upset and disappointed with their attitude towards the cancellation.....it was without merit and insincere.

It is my considered opinion that they did not want to honor their advertised special as they had other more valuable clients to take allotted time. I consider this to be false advertising and completely in contrast to their advertised by lines................

didnt listen to me much, but the colour ended up good just didnt do what i wanted with the cut.

Definetly the best salon on the coast! They do my hair perfectly! I have been looking for a hairdresser for awhile, and no one does what i want! But the girls at zooki are lovely, they provide great service, affordable price as well as doing a wonderful colour and cut. I am really happy! Would definetly reccomend Zooki! :)
