Awful experience!! I wanted to return to my natural hair colour (brown) .. I walked out with black roots and chocolate brown lengths. I returned the following day for a clarifying shampoo which did nothing at all. The lights in the salon are misleading and they couldn't care less about about customer satisfaction.  It cost me 190 for a botched colour..  I then had to spend more money on deep cleansing shampoo to try and fix it myself and hats and headbands to get me through the week. I will have to return another hairdresser next week and pay again to try and get this to a colour I can at least walk around with and not be mortified. I've never been so upset with a service 😭
