First time I went I got cut when the technician was removing shellac, second time my feet got hacked to pieces with the callus shaver and took months to get back to normal. Stupid ally I went back for a third time looking for rough skin removed, I did not need any cuticle treatment or polish on my toes . I got this done (to quite a low standard-not a plumice scrubber thing in sight) , I was asked if I wanted a leg massage to which I said yes, but after about 2 minutes of the technical rubbing cream about whilst applying zero pressure I said I had to go. In total I was there for 10 minutes and got ‘some’ rough skin removed (poorly). I was then charged $40. The same price as a full pedicure with colour and cuticle treatment. I was told that this was the price regardless, I then asked to speak to someone else. I was given a refund of $10 when I stated what I had done , but was treated quite poorly. $30 for some rough skin removed badly is a disgrace. I have learnt my lesson. I will not be stupid enough to go back for a fourth time.
