I went to get my eyebrows waxed by Kelly and she was kind enough to spend a lot of time with me helping me out with my skin concerns. She went as far as matching me up to the perfect makeup for me and giving me lots of samples of their product range medik8 which dramatically improved my skin. So evident when someone’s intent is to genuinely help you and so refreshing to see. Thanks again

Massive thank you to the girls at pure envi kawana who saved my night the other day. I had my make up done at another salon across the street I had a $50 voucher for this placeby someone who obviously had no idea what they were doing, resulting in me looking like a five year old did my make up. I was stressed for time since I had an event in the next couple of hours and I went over to pure envi and asked if they had time for an emergency make up fix. Not only did they fix my make up straight away, even though they were on their lunch break, they also refused to let me pay for it! I walked out with perfect makeup ready for my event! Forever grateful and will definitely book in my make up with them straight away next time!

would rate lower if i could, wasted $70 here to get my teeth whitened, it made white blotches on a few on my teeth which stood out so noticeably and made my teeth look even worse and it lasted like 5 days and they went back to being exactly how they used to look. I went back and they wouldn't even give me a refund only offered to whiten them again but wasn't going to waste another hour of my time for them to make my teeth look even worse.

What an amazing experience over at Pure Envi today! Had my lashes done and my eyebrows they look perfect! Thanks again girls i'm in love Xx

I have just been to have my eyebrows done, I was wondering why the lady was using a eyebrow pencil when she was done, wasn't until I got home I rubbed the pencil off and noticed she had waxed to high and used the pencil to cover up her stuff up. I will never go back here.

Kayleigh was amazing, I wasn't rushed in and out like most places and my brows looked amazing afterwards, I was really impressed as I normally go to a fairly expensive brow expert but was unable to book in, but now I deffs won't be going back, just proves you can have amazing brows and NOT pay $70, HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Affordable, nice staff, quite, relaxing, surprising high quality results

The bed was dirty looked like food crumbs on the blanket and head towel. Inconsistent quality between staff. Need to be made more welcome.
