We are from London and have rented a property in Sunshine Beach over Christmas/New Year every year for the last 10 years.  Have usually rented through Richardson and Wrench where the service was average at best   Used Zinc for the first time this year and been delighted by the service.  Property was well described, clean and well maintained.  Any issues quickly resolved despite being holiday season.  Staff friendly and helpful.  Everything R&W fail on.  Will make Zinc our first choice for rental in future and hope owners take note and offer them enough quality property.

We highly recommend Zinc for Managing Holiday Properties. They are efficient, friendly and proactive. As Owners we are impressed with the speedy way they attend to breakdowns and any repairs that need doing to make our Rental Property up to standard for our Tenants.Their system of checking properties before Tenancy means our Property is presented at its best. Keep up the good work.

We stayed in the Sunshine Breakaway for 7 nights.  Absolutely stunning spot with a short stroll to the beach and great views of the water.  We watched dolphins and whales from the kitchen!  The 70's property was a bit daggy but that just added to the charm. Our only complaint was that for 'luxury' accommodation we were expecting the house to be stocked with some basic essentials.  Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, salt, oil and dishwasher tablets.  When we mentioned the lack of these items to Zinc Properties their response was that this wasn't a serviced apartment. Not the right response for a property at this price!
