Fresh Rentals is locally owned and operated by Duncan & Georgann McEwan with the assistance of Karen Reimer & Jacqui Davies. We've accumulated approximately 50 years experience between us and can offer a fresh perspective, as our office is made up of both investors and tenants. We are 100% committed to providing a level of service otherwise unavailable in the Noosa area.

At Fresh Rentals we keep ahead of the rest, we have computerised systems with a comprehensive procedural system designed by the PPM Group with checklists to ensure that every task is completed correctly and in accordance with the law. Like we said we are committed to Property Management. Our enthusiasm, experience and dedication combined with the systems we utilize through the REI Master, property management software system, make us very good at what we do. Also, being an 'Accredited Office' of REIQ, (the Real Estate Institute of Queensland) we are well on top of things.
