Poor communication, requested to see your house, where not interested in helping at all . The day that I was meant to view a house I had a phone call stating that they already had an approved applicant. I had already requested to leave work early. I believe that anyone offered a viewing should be able to apply before anyone is allowed to make a decision. ( only my personal opinion) Would not waste my time with this company again. And as a homeowner I would be very disappointed if my house was leased through them. Very rude and Unhelpful. When I first emailed about this property, I didn't get a response to even let know I had to call to find out if they received my email. Yes they did and was waiting to see when we could view the property - poor Communication. I have lived in my own home for the last 10 years, if I had of known rent worked like that I would of made sure I was first to see it. Once again poor communication, when I calling about the online application that's stats you have to view the property first, the lady one phone couldn't answer any of my questions.

Terrible communication. House leaked...nothing done... Electrocuted by oven...still nothing done. Michelle said she would "put her neck out to find us a better place". She did nothing... All about the money. They don't care about anyone but themselves... Stay clear from them!

very unprofessional people. we have never rented our house before, after the barrage of charges hit home we still went ahead. they rented our house in a few days so i don't know what the charges were for. never the less, at first it appeared that the office was a professional unit. after we signed up that is where the professional part finished. it seems they treat people whom are local and remain to live in the area different from those whom don't. they said and i quote, "we will always call you before we spend any money on your house." on the first statement we see a charge for $130, i call and ask what that was for? the tenant rang and said the stove wouldn't work. oh, but you didn't call. there was a lot of silence after that. on top of that all the tenant had to do was turn the oven on at the power point in the cupboard, which is what i would of told the agent had they called. oh we couldn't find your prefered electrician. i gave you the numbers twice. oh oh oh, is all they could come up with. so i said you owe me $130. deathly silence. so i do recommend that you do not use utopia for a rental agency. i won't continue with the rest of the story. not happy at all.

This company is a stand out from any other business , not only did they find me a rental with in my deadline they went out of there way to find the perfect one , also there high and fast standard of getting things fix is with in hours of reporting the problem. Seriously the best I have ever experience in my life
